Club Adventist

Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

Has anyone read this book? Is anything in this book true? Because if it is true then the Adventist Church as well as the Christian church in general is in BIG trouble.

Musicman, yes, I have read this book and actually posted some stuff about it here. To say it is an eye-opener is the least I could say.

I doubt if it will be popular since it is rather disturbing--kinda like eating your neighbors brownies every sunday and then you happen to catch him making them and find that he adds one teaspoon of dog do do to the batch. Yep, the joke is on you and it will surely make one angry at first. All this time you thought you neighbor was being nice. You never noticed him laughing up a storm watching you eat them.

I don't think people here will want to read this book because they do not want to know about the dog do do in the brownies they have been eating.

I have also read this book. I found it well written and easy to understand. It is a book written for curious people. Those are the people who read the bible and try to figure out the truth in the words written down for us by the two eyewitnesses of Jesus.

The most important fact I learned from this book was the true story of how the bible was put together and who chose the books that it would contain. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is searching for the entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven.

I agree with Dr. Rich...I need to know what is in my brownies before I will eat them. Don't like do do in my brownies and don't like eating lies told by false prophets. God sent his son with his own words (the words of God) so what else do we need? :) John 17:7,8.

Thanks shadow, when I wrote what I did it even surprised myself. But then this book will probably surprise everyone who reads it. I would like for a sabbath school class to study this book and present their findings. I can't find much wrong with it myself.
